We discovered Minit Auto after having a flat tire. Again just recently for snow tires and rims. A very clean facility and friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. We were extremely satisfied with the quotes and how quickly they could get the job done. We highly recommend this business.

These guys go above and beyond to make sure you understand your vehicle's health. I'm not car savvy, but they make sure I understand what the issue is, what is needed, and even offer different options if cost is a factor to your car's care. Every time I get my car or truck serviced, it comes back squeaky clean! A nice touch. Geoff and Imran are great guys! And each gentleman who have shuttled me also have been great. Can't recommend Minit Auto enough.

After 20+ years going to the same mechanic, I wasn't about to jump to just anywhere. I initially began visiting Minit to have my propane tanks refilled. I appreciated the friendly service, customer loyalty program, and most importantly, how they spoke to their customers about their cars - knowledgeably, but not condescendingly. Eventually I brought my cars in for seasonal tire changes and brake work. The workmanship so far seems excellent, and they are always done within the estimated time frame. Most importantly, they communicate quickly and effectively, whether before, during or after service. It's a family-run business that feels like one, in the best ways.

I’m extremely impressed with the service I received at this shop. They helped me change the tires on my truck, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. They kept me updated throughout the entire process with very clear and detailed information, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, they went above and beyond by cleaning my truck inside and out — it looks great and even smells amazing. The customer service was incredible, very professional and attentive. Out of all the mechanics I’ve visited in the area, this has been by far the best experience. I will definitely continue using this shop whenever I need to bring any of my vehicles in. I was very impressed with the service at Napa Autopro - Minit Auto Tirecraft. My new snow tires and rims were installed in good time and the staff was friendly and answered all my questions. What a surprise when I got into my car to drive home. The inside of the car had been cleaned and wiped down. It smelled brand new! The floor mats had been vacuumed and washed!! What great service!

The guys there are fantastic! One of the windshield wipers wasn’t working, thinking the worst and needing the car that night I needed it fixed asap. They immediately took the car in for a look and found a loose bolt was the issue, they tightened it and sent me on my way. lifesavers!!
