SUV & CUV Tires

The staff here are approachable and honest about the details of the things that need to be fixed on my car. They took the time to clearly explain what was wrong, what needed attention right away, and what could wait — no pressure or upselling. I really appreciated the transparency. Felt like I was dealing with people I could trust. Highly recommend this shop.

Great service! They didn't just make a vehicle inspection, they treated me like a personal case and made sure I didn't take an unnecessary risk or waste my time. They even called me with the results before I could even head over to the shop. Incredible customer care!"

This was my first time coming here and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Everyone was incredibly kind, honest, and genuinely made me feel like family. They went out of their way to help me however they could and took the time to give me honest advice about my car and what my best options were moving forward. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel like they actually care about helping you rather than just making money. I’m so grateful for how they treated me and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for everything!

This was my first time here and it won’t be the last. A large, clean, well equipped shop, run by car enthusiasts. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced service. This will be my go to location going forward.

I was very pleased taking my car here. They were very quick to get my car in, explained everything so I could understand. Pick up and drop off after hours was really smooth. Highly recommend!!

Exceptional service from beginning to end, Details were clearly explained and options provided. Minit Auto took the time to assess all issues and expertly addressed all areas requiring repair. I highly recommend them.

By far the best shop I’ve taken my car to. Helpful, friendly and accommodating. Thanks to Imran, Geoff and the team, I know my car is looked after. And a big plus, even my 3 month old was all smiles during his first oil change experience!

I cannot say enough about the awesome service within 48 hours they replaced my ac compressor and got me back on the road very professional and I mean all the staff were polite and helpful.

LOVE these guys! I have been to so many car repair places and going to be staying here! They actually honour their work and stand by it unlike so many other places that I have left for that reason. They will make it right. Imran and Jeff and the owners are stellar dudes!

Thank You!!

Geoff was amazing. Talked me through a repair and kept the bill low. Quoted me prices with tax in. No one has ever done that!!! Clean shop and Molly was awesome too. Glad I didn’t have to pay Audi dealership prices. Thorough and dedicated!!!! Try them out!!! The reviews here speak for themselves!!! A little out of the way a lot out of the ordinary!!!?

Imran is very helpful and professional. I needed urgent work done and he was able to get me in the same day. Work was done well and I got my car back sooner than expected which was a great help. Thanks Imran!

Woo-hoo these guys are phenomenal. Shout out to the guys here, amazing service. Thank you to Tom for problem solving and getting us on the road in 10 minutes saving our family trip. We've also used them for transmission work. Highly recommend.

I recently had my 2018 VW Alltrack serviced at Minit Auto on Fourth Ave in St Catharines for issues with the power windows and rear parking sensors, and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to properly diagnose and repair the issues. They kept me informed throughout the process, completed the work promptly, and everything is now working exactly as it should.
It’s refreshing to find an honest and knowledgeable repair shop that genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend Minit Auto to anyone looking for reliable, high quality automotive service. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent work!

Imran and team did a nice job presenting what options they could do for our vehicles, and if there were some items that weren't urgent, and could wait to be fixed.
They have worked on both our Chrysler minivan and VW Golf. We remained happy with this garage after they worked on each.

My family was driving to Niagara when our minivan suddenly started shaking and the engine light started flashing on the QEW. We took the next exit, parked at a winery, and searched Google for nearby mechanics. These guys were the first on the list and I think we really got lucky!
From the moment I called, Jeff gained my trust because instead of immediately agreeing to my impulsive idea to tow the vehicle over, he suggested driving only if I felt it was safe to do so and explained that they were really close. We made it there, and Jeff was very transparent about the situation. He explained they would need about an hour to diagnose the issue.
Since we were stranded away from home and visiting from Waterloo for a weekend trip, Jeff kindly gave us a ride back to the winery while they worked on the van. He also told us he could give us a ride to the hotel if they need more time to fix it. About 3 hours later, our car was fixed.
Not only did they solve the problem quickly, but Jeff also took the time to explain in detail what was wrong and show me faulty car parts something many mechanics don't do.
We were able to enjoy our stay in Niagara, spend the night, and safely drive our minivan back home thanks to Jeff and his team.
As for the cost, I compared their quote with other places, and they gave us a very reasonable price, especially considering the situation and how quickly they helped us.
Fantastic experience. I honestly wish we had more mechanics like this in Waterloo. Pictures from the winery we stayed in while waiting for our car (:

Great service as usual. Took a little time because of some tricky diagnostics but everything came out right. Even saved me atrip to the car wash with inside and out cleaning. Can't recommend these guys enough!!
