This was my first time coming here and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Everyone was incredibly kind, honest, and genuinely made me feel like family. They went out of their way to help me however they could and took the time to give me honest advice about my car and what my best options were moving forward. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel like they actually care about helping you rather than just making money. I’m so grateful for how they treated me and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for everything!

I cannot say enough about the awesome service within 48 hours they replaced my ac compressor and got me back on the road very professional and I mean all the staff were polite and helpful.

Geoff was amazing. Talked me through a repair and kept the bill low. Quoted me prices with tax in. No one has ever done that!!! Clean shop and Molly was awesome too. I recently had my 2018 VW Alltrack serviced at Minit Auto on Fourth Ave in St Catharines for issues with the power windows and rear parking sensors, and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Imran and team did a nice job presenting what options they could do for our vehicles, and if there were some items that weren't urgent, and could wait to be fixed.
They have worked on both our Chrysler minivan and VW Golf. We remained happy with this garage after they worked on each.

My family was driving to Niagara when our minivan suddenly started shaking and the engine light started flashing on the QEW. We took the next exit, parked at a winery, and searched Google for nearby mechanics. These guys were the first on the list and I think we really got lucky!
From the moment I called, Jeff gained my trust because instead of immediately agreeing to my impulsive idea to tow the vehicle over, he suggested driving only if I felt it was safe to do so and explained that they were really close. We made it there, and Jeff was very transparent about the situation. He explained they would need about an hour to diagnose the issue.
Since we were stranded away from home and visiting from Waterloo for a weekend trip, Jeff kindly gave us a ride back to the winery while they worked on the van. He also told us he could give us a ride to the hotel if they need more time to fix it. About 3 hours later, our car was fixed.
Not only did they solve the problem quickly, but Jeff also took the time to explain in detail what was wrong and show me faulty car parts something many mechanics don't do.
We were able to enjoy our stay in Niagara, spend the night, and safely drive our minivan back home thanks to Jeff and his team.
As for the cost, I compared their quote with other places, and they gave us a very reasonable price, especially considering the situation and how quickly they helped us.

Great service as usual. Took a little time because of some tricky diagnostics but everything came out right. Even saved me atrip to the car wash with inside and out cleaning. Can't recommend these guys enough!!

Blew a brake line near this shop so had next to no choice but to pull in for a repair. We had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Pleasure dealing with them and would highly recommend to anyone in the area

I had an outstanding experience with Minit when they serviced my wife’s Acura RDX.
