After a year and a half of working with the Minut Auto Service team, I continue to be impressed by their professionalism and support. Here are the comments I made a year ago, which still reflect my satisfaction today: I had my winter and all-season tires changed here, and I’m very pleased with their performance. The staff (Geoff and Imran) are knowledgeable and friendly. They provided transportation to and from work for the pickup and drop-off, making the whole experience convenient.

Imran and crew were amazing. We called and within a week we were able to get a stabilizer installed for a great price. We asked him to check the brakes, they were thorough, understood our concerns the for the car and put on the winter tires for us at the end. Imran examplifies what great customer service is with a nice smile. I highly recommend this stop for all your auto needs... So many mechanics are money grubbers and just want to squeeze you dry, not here. It's all about you and your needs, getting you safely back on the road.

The issue was diagnosed and fixed incredibly fast, and the service advisor was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. I had a really great experience at Minit Auto Service Repair Shop. I came in during an emergency when they were already busy and close to closing, and other places told me they wouldn’t even be able to look at my car for several days. Despite that, they still made time for me. They even provided a shuttle, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. My car had to stay overnight, and they actually kept it for two days to do a thorough inspection and make sure everything was properly checked. I really appreciated that they didn’t rush the process just because they were busy. Imran was especially straightforward and helpful. I really appreciated how direct and honest he was .. no confusion, no pressure, just clear information. That kind of transparency goes a long way!

These guys go above and beyond to make sure you understand your vehicle's health. I'm not car savvy, but they make sure I understand what the issue is, what is needed, and even offer different options if cost is a factor to your car's care. Every time I get my car or truck serviced, it comes back squeaky clean! A nice touch. Geoff and Imran are great guys! And each gentleman who have shuttled me also have been great. Can't recommend Minit Auto enough.
