After 20+ years going to the same mechanic, I wasn't about to jump to just anywhere. I initially began visiting Minit to have my propane tanks refilled. I appreciated the friendly service, customer loyalty program, and most importantly, how they spoke to their customers about their cars - knowledgeably, but not condescendingly. Eventually I brought my cars in for seasonal tire changes and brake work. The workmanship so far seems excellent, and they are always done within the estimated time frame. Most importantly, they communicate quickly and effectively, whether before, during or after service. It's a family-run business that feels like one, in the best ways.

They are open and honest about pricing and expectations, even offer a free loaner if they need to keep a vehicle for a few days. My cars even get treated to a cleaning with each visit! I’m extremely impressed with the service I received at this shop. They helped me change the tires on my truck, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. They kept me updated throughout the entire process with very clear and detailed information, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, they went above and beyond by cleaning my truck inside and out — it looks great and even smells amazing. The customer service was incredible, very professional and attentive. Out of all the mechanics I’ve visited in the area, this has been by far the best experience. I will definitely continue using this shop whenever I need to bring any of my vehicles in. I was very impressed with the service at Napa Autopro - Minit Auto Tirecraft. My new snow tires and rims were installed in good time and the staff was friendly and answered all my questions. What a surprise when I got into my car to drive home. The inside of the car had been cleaned and wiped down. It smelled brand new! The floor mats had been vacuumed and washed!! What great service!

To my surprise I get a call today saying the work was done, with vehicle running great. I’ve been taking my car to Napa AutoPro Minit Tirecraft for about eight years, and they’ve never let me down! Over the years, they’ve handled everything from my tires to brake work with professionalism, honesty, and top-notch service. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain what needs to be done without ever pushing unnecessary repairs. I have even sent in an email after hours with some urgency,(hoping to have a response first thing on Monday morning), and to my surprise Imran had returned my call quickly, (outside of business hours), and was there to help! Personal, professional, and reliable service is what you can expect!

Very professional and polite, prices seem to be fair. They are currently looking after a few of our fleet vehicles, service guys are great, they are quick and keep in constant communication during the service. They always quote first and go over the bill and try to give options for price points. Will continue to use these guys.
